Monster Card Design
Teacher Librarian actively promote cross-curricular learning activities, and the "Monster Card Design" was the new promoted activity of this year which to the implementation of cross-curricular learning together with English and Visual Arts Section. A student was under the guidance of a teacher of visual arts and designed a personal monster card; then under the guidance of a teacher of English, a student have to describe his/her designed monster with a complete sentence in English. Throughout the learning activities, students can show creativity and have learned to apply English words to describe the design of the monsters look.
圖書館主任積極推動跨科學習活動,本年度新增設“Monster Card Design”活動,致力與英文科及視藝科一起推行跨科學習。學生在視藝科老師的指導下設計一張個人的怪獸咭後,再在英文科老師的指導下,學生以英文的完整句式來描述自己設計的怪獸。在整個學習活動過程中,學生都能盡顯創意,並使用已學會的英文詞彙來描述其設計的怪獸模樣,學以致用。
