青衣商會早於一九七八年五月成立，一直致力協助會員在青衣區發展工商業，並肩負起商戶與政府之溝通橋樑。      青衣商會(學校)有限公司於一九七九年成立，積極籌劃發展教育工作，實踐「培育幼小、回饋社會」的辦學理想，自1984年開始，本會已全力為區內青少年提供優質教育達29年。 1984年在青衣長康邨開辦青衣商會小學 1986年在青衣青華苑開辦青衣商會幼稚園 1996年在葵涌石蔭東邨開辦青衣商會石蔭幼稚園 1999年在將軍澳開辦青衣商會將軍澳幼稚園 2001年在天水圍開辦青衣商會天水圍幼稚園

Tsing Yi Trade Association was established in 1985.  It is committed to help members Tsing Yi to develop their business.  At the same time, it has shouldered up the role as the communication bridge between the companies and the government.      In 1979, our School Sponsoring Body,  Tsing Yi Trade Association (Schools) Limited was founded.  SSB aims to contribute the community through education.  "Nurture the young, serve the community" is our educational mission of education for all.  We have already provided quality education for children in the area for 27 years.  In 1984, Tsing Yi Trade Association Primary School was open in Cheung Hong Estate in Tsing Yi. In 1986,  Tsing Yi Trade Association Kindergarten was open in Shek Yam East Estate in Ching Wah Court in Tsing Yi. In 1996,  Tsing Yi Trade Association Shek Yam Kindergarten was open in Shek Yam East Estate in Kwai Chung. In 1999,  Tsing Yi Trade Association Tseung Kwan O Kindergarten was open in Tseung Kwan O. In 2001,  Tsing Yi Trade Association Tin Shui Wai Kindergarten was open in Tin Shui Wai.
